Recipe: Freezer-Friendly Frittata

Posted On // Leave a Comment
On early weekday mornings, I like to have breakfast foods that are filling and quick. My go-to's include cereal, overnight oats, and yogurt.

My most recent discovery is a freezer-friendly frittata recipe. I make a whole batch for the week and I'm ready to go!

Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • Veggies or any add-ins you prefer!
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat 6 eggs with 1 cup of milk and a pinch of salt.
3. Add your preferred add-ins (I like spinach, mushroom, onions, proscuitto, and gruyere cheese sprinkled on top!)
4. Bake for 25 minutes or until firm.
5. Enjoy! Freeze leftovers.
