Ingredients
- Frozen Chicken Thighs (~2 lbs)
- Frozen Broccoli Florets
- Chicken Broth
- Oyster Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Honey (or sugar)
- Sesame Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Cornstarch
- Glass Noodles Vermicelli
1. Mix 1 cup of chicken broth, 1/2 cup of oyster sauce, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of honey, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Pour this mixture into the Instant Pot along with roughly 2 lbs of frozen chicken thighs.
2. Cook in the Instant Pot on [manual] setting for 15 minutes and natural release [wait 10 minutes before venting].
3. Remove the chicken pieces while leaving the sauce in the pot. Add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and set the Instant Pot to [sauté]. Add the frozen broccoli and stir until tender.
4. Remove the broccoli. Leave the Instant Pot on [sauté] and add glass noodles/vermicelli if you so desire. Otherwise, serve with rice!
