Chilean Sea Bass (a.k.a. the Patagonian Toothfish) is a wonderfully flaky fish that pairs so well with a miso-soy-ginger-garlic glaze.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons of miso
  • 1/4 cup of mirin
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • minced garlic
  • minced ginger
  • chilean sea bass

1. Mix together a glaze consisting of miso, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl
2. Marinate the fish in this glaze for at least one night
3. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees
4. Bake the fish in an oven safe dish for about 15 minutes
